When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. For Job Seekers

Application Accuracy

By submitting an application or resume through our services, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and disqualification from consideration for positions.

Employment Relationship

When placed in a temporary or contract position through Eric Services, you may be an employee of Eric Services, not the client company. The specific employment relationship will be defined in your employment agreement.

5. For Client Companies

Service Agreements

The specific terms of staffing services, including fees, guarantees, and service levels, are governed by separate service agreements between Eric Services and client companies.

Candidate Information

Client companies agree to use candidate information provided by Eric Services solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for employment and to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eric Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our website without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting our services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harvesting or collecting user information without consent
• Using automated systems to access our services without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that candidates placed through our services will meet all client expectations or that job placements will result in long-term employment. Specific guarantees, if any, are outlined in individual service agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eric Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
